An estate in Marco Island, Florida will be sold at auction with no reserve on February 9th. The 13,000 square foot home that overlooks Roberts Bay will be sold fully furnished. In total, there is more than 20,000 square feet of covered space, both indoors and outdoors.
Called Greystone Manor, the home, which is located at 1690 N. Copeland Drive, is a gated estate on nearly three acres. The property, which is reached by circular drive that leads to a porte-cochere, is 24 feet above sea-level on four lots with a dock and 190 feet of waterfront on the bay. It is owned by Tim Farris, a retired tech entrepreneur.

The auction will take place onsite on Saturday, February 9th. Registration will begin at 9 am (Eastern Standard Time) and the auction will start at 11 am (Eastern Standard Time).
