This two-bedroom, three-bath home on the western coast of the island of Hawaii was the fifth most popular listing in November. Near three golf courses and the Wailea Resort, the gated property is surrounded by palms and has steps leading to a sandy beach.

Up from fourth place in October is this three-bedroom, two-bath condo overlooking Madison Square Park in a luxury building. Its 2,168 square feet could be combined with an adjacent unit for an even grander home.
