In one of America’s most prestigious zip codes there are 258 acres of untouched land that has just come on the market for $75 million.&nbsp;Called Senderos Canyon, this entire expanse consists of three contiguous un-entitled parcels that represents six percent&nbsp;of all the land in Bel Air and the only other time this much land was for sale all at once was when this property was last acquired. For comparison’s sake, the nearest comp property could be The Park, a Bel Air listing asking $150 million, which is also three contiguous parcels but&nbsp;only totals 10.6 acres.

Should the new owner obtain the approvals, it could be used for a championship golf course and fabulous country club. Not to mention Bel Air itself is home to many famous names, such as Chelsea Handler, Serena Williams, Elon Musk,&nbsp;Kim Kardashian, Kanye West&nbsp;and Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston whose former house is now on the market for $56 million.
