Just completed, The Emerald is Seattle’s newest luxury condominium tower, located above downtown Seattle’s iconic Pike Place Market and the city’s newly reimagined waterfront. Views of Elliott Bay range to the Olympic and Cascade Mountains, the Space Needle, Mount Rainier and more.
