Auberge Resorts Collection will open Susurros del Corazón, a luxury resort in late 2020. Located in Punta de Mita, Mexico, the resort will include a boutique hotel and beachfront residences priced from $1,950,000 to $10,900,000.
Located on 33 lush, rolling acres overlooking the Bay of Banderas on the Pacific Coast of Mexico, the luxury boutique resort will feature 59 hotel guest suites and 30 contemporary beachfront residences surrounded by tropical jungle and pristine white sand beaches.
Translated as ‘whispers of the heart,’ the resort is perched on a bluff surrounded by tropical jungle and extends down to the pristine white sand beach below. Susurros del Corazón will celebrate the boho-chic culture of Mexico’s quaint coastal surf towns while having an attractive contemporary design and providing the highest comforts and upscale services.
“Punta de Mita is such a special place,” says Mark Cooley, partner, SV Capital Partners, developers of the resort and residences. “We wanted to bring something totally unique to this area and the new Auberge Resort hotel suites and stunning oceanfront villas deliver on our vision.”
SV Capital Partners, a boutique real estate investment and development firm with a focus on luxury resort properties, is developing homes ranging from three-bedroom three and a half bathroom Beach Casitas with 4,101 square feet of interior living space and 4,729 square feet of exterior living space to a six-bedroom Presidential Villa with more than 19,000 total interior and exterior square feet of living space. Beach Casitas will include a game room, a private terrace, with pool, jacuzzi and fireplace, outdoor bar with a grill and a pizza oven.
There will also be a selection of Ocean Bluff Homes with three, four and five bedrooms, with interior square footage ranging from 2,798 square feet to 5,555 square feet. These homes will have plunge pools and Jacuzzis, and an outdoor living area with a grill. Each five bedroom home will also have a rooftop sun terrace and game room in addition to an outdoor living area with a grill, pool and Jacuzzi.
Each home will be perfectly poised at the water’s edge with floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize the epic views.
The homes will celebrate the Mexican heritage as they will be finished handcrafted custom finishes, artisanal wall coverings, and local artwork. They will feature open, airy living spaces that extend from the indoors out, highlighting the natural, untouched surroundings.
Gourmet kitchens will be outfitted with high-end appliances including those by Wolf and Sub-Zero, while master bathrooms will have freestanding tubs and double shower heads. Homes will include expansive outdoor living spaces with bars, private pools and Jacuzzi hot tubs.
Each beachfront residence will have direct access to the water. The Bay of Banderas is known for its pristine beaches, wildlife protection areas, and is known for its excellent surfing fishing, and snorkeling.
A select number of the homes are now available for purchase as part of a Founder’s Program. A $50,000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a residence.
