This Beverly Hills neighborhood, where a $72 million purchase by Uber cofounder Garrett Camp and his wife Eliza Nguyen recently broke price records, continues to see some of the most expensive homes in Los Angeles coming on the market. This new $46 million home sitting on 1.2 acres (one of the largest lots in the neighborhood) shows yet again how there’s something about Trousdale meeting the needs of buyers at the top tier which isn’t being met by other neighborhoods in the city.
