Never missing out on an opportunity to put people first is
the Lori Hagemann-Davis way. For Lori, her real estate business is about more than
just helping buyers and sellers with a transaction, it’s about serving them
every step of the way. Serving is the blueprint in how she builds relationships
with her clients and she’s intentional about using the word, service,
repeatedly when communicating with them.
Lori was recently honored as a 2019 Relentless Agent Award winner, which honors select Agents in the CENTURY 21 network for the ways they deliver extraordinary experiences to their clients. Lori’s strive to make one transaction in particular, seamless, led to this win, and showcases why she’s a relentless leader, in everything she does. It was Lori’s quick response and her solution to the problem that gave her client the assurance that every aspect of the transaction was handled.
Watch the story, below, of Lori leading the way by serving
her client.
Beyond the way she serves her clients, Lori has become a
go-to for help in her office when the broker isn’t available. She is
intentional about going into the office to be available, and aims to have an
open-door policy to help other agents when they have questions. She believes
it’s important to make time to be available to help others and to remain people
motivated.
“It’s all about serving others. When you serve others, you are naturally leading people.”
Lori Hagemann-Davis
Lori’s faith is the center of everything she does and is a constant reminder of her why. It helps to keep her grounded, even when encountering challenges that come with running her real estate business. Her passion to serve others is also evident in her personal life. Lori is a volunteer in her community, she’s served in overseas missions work, and she even finds the time to function as a chaplain.
Overall I think this needs better structure and setup – in reading this, it jumps from how she helps others in business, to being the go-to in her office to her faith-centric ideology. I don’t see anything here speaking to her accomplishment of being a recent “relentless agent award winner?” or even links back to her Q+A or insight into why she won the award? Not featuring her video here I also think is a missed opportunity.
Would like to see this set up form her filter of her being a RAA winner – and from there go in to her mentality and how it permeates various aspects of her life….and then her insights/thought leadership around putting the client first.
We recently spoke with Lori and she shared with us meaningful
ways she’s intentional in serving her clients.
- Put the client’s needs first- “Never put a deal before your client’s interest. It’s not about the commission, for me, it’s about making sure the client’s needs are taken care of.”
- Don’t take what you do for granted- “Helping clients to buy or sell a home isn’t just an everyday thing. It’s a major decision and they are trusting you to be a part of it.”
- Find ways to help others– “It boils down to relationships and people. It’s easy to become so busy in what you’re doing that you don’t make yourself available to help others. I am intentional about coming into the office and being available.”
When asked, how do you
define relentless? Lori’s definition
is persistence. She says, being relentless is what keeps you going everyday
despite how you feel.
