Kiawah Island Lists Two Beachfront Homes With Coveted Club Memberships

Kiawah Island, South Carolina is a beach, golf and luxury resort playground, currently basking in summer tourism. An unspoiled sanctuary, the island’s landscape of maritime forests, sand dunes, and upland marshes is equally amenable to wildlife such as deer, bobcats, sea birds, sea turtles, even alligators, according to the Charleston Convention and Visitor’s Bureau.

Fewer than 2,000 residents call the island home (retired NBA star Ray Allen, NASCAR’s Joe Gibbs, and syndicated columnist George Will among them). Two new oceanfront listings from Kiawah Island Real Estate, open the door for a few more people (and pets) to become registered residents in this coveted enclave.
