Singer Kelly Clarkson’s stunning 20,121-square-foot Tennessee lakefront estate has returned to the market with a newly discounted price tag of $7.49 million. The seven-bedroom, 11-bath home first appeared on the market in 2017, when the talented performer listed the property for $8.75 million.
