Fifth time’s a charm for actor Kevin Nealon. Following five relists over the last three years, the “Saturday Night Live” alum and his wife, actress Susan Yeagley, have sold their home in Pacific Palisades for $4.85 million.

Found half a mile from the beach, the corner-lot property is anchored by a Georgian-inspired traditional house of 5,600 square feet. Plantation shutters and white-painted brick accents boost the home’s curb appeal. Living spaces awash in white oak floors, detailed millwork and paneled walls sit beyond the front door.

Across three stories of living space are seven bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, formal and informal dining areas and a living room set beneath coffered ceilings. An indoor-outdoor family room adjoins a chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry and a 12-foot center island.

Upstairs, the master suite expands to a spa bathroom and spacious deck with mountain views. On the lower level, an entertainment area opens to a gym, kitchenette and three bedrooms.

Mature trees surround a grassy yard in the backyard.

Nealon, 65, appeared on “Saturday Night Live” in the 1980s and ‘90s and had a five-year stint on the show hosting the “Weekend Update” sketch. He currently stars in the sitcom “Man with a Plan,” and his past credits include shows “Weeds” and “Hiller and Diller.”

Yeagley, 48, has credits that includes the sitcoms “Rules of Engagement” and “Parks and Recreation.” This year, she appeared on the show “Single Parents.”

A little less spice in the Hollywood Hills

Spice Girls singer Melanie Brown and her ex-husband, producer Stephen Belafonte, have sold their marital home in the Hollywood Hills for $5.55 million.

That’s about $3.45 million less than what the former couple, who divorced in 2017, originally sought when they first listed the four-story home two years ago at $8.995 million. They bought the place in 2014 for $4.34 million.

Built in 1928 and redesigned in 2016, the contemporary has more than 4,600 square feet of glitzy living space including Baccarat fixtures, high ceilings, custom lighting, a bar, a theater and a game room. As one might expect of a pop superstar, there’s also a recording studio.

The floor plan was reimagined to create open-concept spaces while maximizing natural light. The master suite spans the entire top floor for a total of four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows on each level take in city light and treetop views.

Outside, tall hedges and wood fencing conceal a swimming pool with a spa, an outdoor dining area and a built-in barbecue. A flat-screen television is anchored above the pool area.

Brown, 44, gained notice in the 1990s as a member of the Spice Girls and later released the solo albums “Hot” and “L.A. State of Mind.” She has served as a judge on such competition shows as “America’s Got Talent,” “The X Factor U.K.,” and “The X Factor Australia.”

Belafonte, 44, produced “Mel B: It’s a Scary World” (2010) for television. His film work includes “The Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call — New Orleans” (2009) and “Mutant Chronicles” (2008).

Ben Belack of the Agency and Lusine Nargizyan of Dilbeck Real Estate were the listing agents. Felecia Wesley of Compass represented the buyer.

Toasting to the stars

The longtime family home of the late Rose Marie, who costarred in “The Dick Van Dyke Show,” has come on the market in the Chisholm Estates neighborhood of Van Nuys at $1.049 million.

The 1949 ranch classic, with many of the original features and decor from the era, is where Marie lived for nearly 70 years.

The actress-singer often entertained at the single-story house, hosting the likes of Lucille Ball, Desi Arnaz, Vincent Price and Van Dyke in the wood-paneled saloon, which features a custom bar. On one particular occasion, Ball and Arnaz performed a scene from their 1953 film “The Long, Long Trailer” in the home’s living room.

Mary Tyler Moore, Burl Ives, Betty White and Tim Conway were among other frequent guests.

The 2,856-square-foot house retains such charm points as wood-beamed ceilings, a natural stone fireplace and picture ledges. Rich wood flooring found throughout is original. In the dining room, which sits off the eat-in kitchen, there’s a wood-burning brick hearth/barbecue and a bay window with built-in seating.

The master bedroom — one of four bedrooms and three bathrooms — features a fireplace and a dressing room. A corner picture window takes in a view of the leafy backyard.

The home sits on about a third of an acre and has a retro free-form swimming pool with a changing room, a separate and a small grove of fruit trees. Elsewhere is an attached two-car garage.

Marie, who died two years ago at 94, got her start in show business at just 3 years old when she took to the stage as child singer “Baby Rose Marie.” By the age of 5, she was a full-fledged radio star, appearing on NBC and her own radio show, which ran for five years.

After more than three decades of Hollywood work already behind her, she landed perhaps her most identifiable role as comedy writer Sally Rogers on “The Dick Van Dyke Show.” She later appeared as Myrna Gibbon on “The Doris Day Show” and was a panelist on “The Hollywood Squares” for more than a decade.

Jon Norwood and Henry Penner of Norwood Realty hold the listing.

Signing off from the Palisades

Producer and television host Melissa Rivers has sold her Pacific Palisades home of more than two decades for a little over $5.223 million.

Set on a corner lot near the Paseo Miramar trailhead, the hedged and gated house dates to 1953 but has been renovated and expanded through the years. A stone walkway crosses through a grassy front yard to reach an arched porch.

The breezy, 5,850-square-foot floor plan was inspired by East Coast design details and pairs a coastal palette and white wainscoting with splashes of accent colors. The formal living room features a fireplace. The cozy kitchen, which has an island/bar seating, opens to the family room and sunlight-filled breakfast nook.

Upstairs, the vaulted-ceiling master suite has a walk-in closet that doubles as a safe room. Picture windows in the master bedroom center on tree-top and ocean views.

Including a two-bedroom guest suite, which was formerly the garage, there are six bedrooms and 5.25 bathrooms in all.

The house sits on about a third of an acre and features front and back lawns, a paver patio, formal gardens and a swimming pool with a spa.

Rivers bought the house in 1998 for $2.35 million.

The 51-year-old actress and TV host is the daughter of late comedian-television host Joan Rivers and producer Edgar Rosenberg. She previously served as an executive producer and co-host of the E! series “Fashion Police,” which launched in 1995 and long-featured her spitfire mother.

She is the author of “The Book of Joan: Tales of Mirth, Mischief, and Manipulation.”

Laura Brau of Compass was the listing agent. Michelle Liberman, also with Compass, represented the buyer.

New groove away from the gridiron

Retirement seems to be going well for Rob Gronkowski. After selling his Boston penthouse earlier this year, the former New England Patriots tight end has bought a condo in Miami for $1.7 million.

He bought the sleek pad from retired soccer star John Carew, who played with Aston Villa and the Norwegian national team during his career.

The corner-unit condo takes in sweeping city and ocean views from the 39th floor of the Marquis, a 63-story skyscraper on Biscayne Bay. Comprised of two units, it has five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in 3,850 square feet.

Expansive 20-foot ceilings top the whitewashed living spaces, which pair tile floors with walls of glass. Wood accents in the kitchen and a black backsplash in the living room break up the monochromatic color scheme. Through sliding glass doors, a deck extends the space outside.

Upstairs, the master suite overlooks the main level from a floor-to-ceiling window. A bathroom with shades of gray and a glass shower sits off the master bedroom.

The condo comes with three parking spaces, and the Marquis also offers a resort-style pool, spa, gym and valet. Built in 2009, the 679-foot tower is the fifth-tallest building in Florida.

Gronkowski, 30, retired in March after a nine-year career that saw him revolutionize the tight end position. A five-time Pro Bowler, he won three Super Bowls with the Patriots and led the league in receiving touchdowns in 2011 with 17.

John Sandberg and Ann Nortmann of Douglas Elliman held the listing. Sebastian Wagner, also with Douglas Elliman, represented Gronkowski.
