The Miami building that made a name for itself as the first residential building to partner with luxury carmaker Aston Martin has added a second luxury perk for the buyers of some of their highest-rated units. Anyone who purchases one of 38 Signature condos at the Aston Martin Residences Of Miami can have their choice of either an Aston Martin DBX or DB11, each of which comes specially branded as a Miami Riverwalk edition.
All the Signature units face the ocean and start on the 15th floor. They range in price from $5.3 million to $7.7 million. Thus far 18 of the Signature units have sold as well as six of the seven penthouses (for which prices start at $18 million). This building is also home to the triplex penthouse asking $50 million which comes with the hard-to-find Aston Martin Vulcan. “The Vulcan is now valued at $3.22 million,” says Alejandro Aljanati, CMO of G&G Business Developments, the company behind the project. “There were only 24 of these cars in total. Originally the cost of that car was around two and a half million dollars. So as time passed those cars increased in price.”
The waterfront building is due for completion in 2022. Of the 391 units building over 60% have sold so far.
“The pandemic didn’t really affect us,” says Aljanati. “We sold more units this year than last year. Last month, we sold 14 units. In Miami 14 units in one month is a lot of units.”

Aljanati attributes the success to both the location and the unique features of the building. The Residences will have the only marina in the vicinity that can accommodate large yachts and a private boat service is available to take residents to the beach. This is all part of their amenity package which will also include several Aston Martins on-site to take residents to local attractions. The full Aston Martin experience reaches all the way to the interiors of the units with decor features reminiscent of the cars themselves. Chrome detailing, leather accent pieces and luxury hardwoods make up the design aesthetic.
Aston Martin is also famous thanks to its affiliation with the James Bond films. The next installment of the franchise will be released next spring and developers have passed on a picture of the car said to be used in the upcoming film. The image has only previously been published in the Aston Martin magazine. To get a look at the first DBX to arrive in America delivered direct from the manufacturing facility in Wales, there will be an unveiling next Tuesday at the sales center for The Residences.
