Hollywood power couple Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have moved on from their old Beverly Hills home, selling the place for $10.35 million, records show.
The two-story traditional-style house is the first property that the former That 70s Show stars purchased together as a couple, according to reports. The property had been on the market for $12.25 million, with Justin Paul Huchel and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland attached to the listing.
Built in the late 1990s, the residence lies tucked away in gated Hidden Valley, an exclusive enclave known for its notable homeowners, including Adele and Jennifer Lawrence. Before Kutcher and Kunis’ stay, the home was owned by Tom Freston, the former CEO of Viacom.
Exteriors feature a traditional East Coast design with a stone facade, window shutters and a box gable roof.
Inside are more ornate elements such as decorative paneling, elaborate molding and french doors.
Notable spaces include a charming breakfast nook with two built-in banquettes, a mahogany-paneled office off the fireside living room and a primary suite featuring bay windows, dual walk-in closets and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding tub.
