The Austrian-style construction is not a conventional framed structure, as the wall system for one portion of the home is core filled with 18,000 psi steel reinforced concrete. The walls, which are 10 inches thick in one part of the home, are strong enough to withstand 180-mile-per-hour winds. . The walls for the other portion of the home are eight inches thick and made of structural insulated panels.
