Wavering on whether to invest millions on an exclusive Signature condo at Aston Martin Residences? Maybe a sleek luxury car will shift your decision into overdrive.
Miami’s sailboat-shaped luxury condominium isn’t slated to open until 2022, but it’s driving an early bargain by tossing its 38 Signature condo owners the newly unveiled Aston Martin DBX, the carmaker’s first ultra-luxe SUV.
These lucky condo owners will receive limited edition SUVs to fully experience the Aston Martin lifestyle (or as brand bigwigs call it, the “Aston Martin Art of Living”). They’ll have the enviable choice of scoring a DBX Riverwalk Edition or DB11 Riverwalk Edition to complement their new home.

Aston Martin Residences is a striking 66-floor glass tower expected to redefine the city’s downtown skyline, where the Miami River meets Biscayne Bay. Created by G&G Business Developments, the skyscraper was launched with big fanfare in 2017. Construction began in 2019.
As Aston Martin’s first real estate venture, the skyscraper was designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Miani Anger. More than 60% of tower’s 391 homes have sold to date, with penthouses priced from $970,000 to $50 million.
Crafted in Wales at St. Athan, the Aston Martin DBX is billed as a hand-built, technologically advanced “SUV with the soul of a sports car.” In general, Aston Martin DBX models will cost approximately $179,986 in the United States, according to Motor1.com.
The DBX limited edition features a sleek jet black exterior with 22-inch sport wheels, obsidian black interiors, piano black wood veneer, and satin chrome detailing for a bold, modern statement.
The first customer “Made in Wales” Aston Martin DBX to arrive in the Americas was unveiled at Aston Martin Residences’ sales office in Miami. Condo owners can skip the dealership and test drive Aston Martins directly on site.
“This brand-new Aston Martin joins our DB11 and Rapide S sports cars, enabling purchasers of the Signature condos to test drive the DBX and the DB11 directly from our sales center before deciding which Aston Martin is right for them,” says Germán Coto, CEO of G&G Business Developments. “We’re delighted that the first customer DBX built for The Americas is here in Miami.
“The fleet at the Aston Martin Residences forms part of our exclusive butler service, which enhances the ownership experience by offering personal support for our valued clients and VIP guests.”
