With a median home sale price of $155,000, Lawton lands the number one spot on our list as the most affordable place to live in Oklahoma. There are about 90,400 residents living in this mid-sized city. If you’re considering moving to this area make sure to check out the exhibits at the Comanche National Museum and Cultural Center and the Museum of the Great Plains. You can also visit Elmer Thomas Park where you’ll find walking paths and the picturesque Lake Helen, or spend the afternoon at Lake Lawtonka.

#2: Midwest City
